Sarojini is passionate about Bollywood and the love for the industry took her to Bollywood in 2014 where she was exposed to the world of glamour and the hard work the artist puts into bringing entertainment to us.At times seeing them spending numerous hours on shoot and the tiredness fatigue, she learnt to respect them. The love and respect she was given encouraged her to promote bollywood events.
Sarojini Sharma has over 30 years of experience in Chartered Accountant firms. She started her career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, the worlds largest chartered accounting firm. Sarojini was awarded merit awards by CPA for her professional excellence and high standards.
She has also been awarded with “Woman Empowerment award” by Sushmita Sen. She was the sole representative of Sonu Nigam show in Melbourne and Indian Film Festival Hero in 2017.
Any work carried out by her is done with proper research and is carried out very professionally with due diligence. She is quick, analytical and pays complete attention to any task assigned to her. She does not believe in failures and negativity. She holds “dream big” and “reach out to achieve what you dreamt for” as her motto. The key to success for anyone is to “Be Transparent” She realizes that trust is behind every success and this can be earned only through transparency and honesty. She abides by this principle. She is admired for her ethics and code of conduct. If a promise is made by her it will be delivered.
Rohit, also known as Roy, is a prominent figure in the Fijian community as he is not only the President of the Australian Indo Fijian Association of Victoria Inc. (AIFAV) but also the instigator of a religious corporation (SSDRM) in Fiji at a tender age of 14 that operates until now. Rohit is in the foundation committee for the Victorian Multicultural Sports Asspciation Vic Inc. He also served the Fiji government for more than 7 years in the Education Ministry before migrating to Australia in 2000. Apart from more than 27 years of community service, Rohit Roy is a professional Senior Analyst with Shell – now known as Viva Energy Australia Pty Ltd.- one of the largest petroleum companies in Australia. He believes through collaboration, innovation and optimisation the best results can be achieved. He is pursuing his MBA in business and marketing after attaining various accounting qualifications. His association AIFAV has joined hands with various other organisations in Australia to promote multiculturalism, diversity and unity. Through his association he is very passionate in promoting kids with special needs, youths with mental issues and senior citizens both locally and internationally. He has organised various charity events to fund the poor and help save lives. Rohit has marketed and promoted various local and international shows successfully that has resulted in house full concerts and has assisted organisors in attracting the crowd.
Shushil is owner of Radio Australia Mastana. Radio Mastana has been a major media partners for many Bollywood events. He is a very hard working individual and makes himself available for any project – and no project is small. All the tasks assigned to him are carried out in professional manner. He is punctual, methodical and dedicated individual who is happy to go that extra mile to make any project a great success.
Madhu is a regular face in Melbourne performance circuit. Her musical journey started very early in childhood. After completing her training of pure classical music she continued to explore varities of music formats including classical, semi-classical, bhajans, ghazals and bollywood music. After migrating to Australia, she started her own musical institutions. She also has acted as invited judge in Melbourne based talent hunt programme Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. Madhu has also judged national talent hunt competition Panache. Besides perfoming in all major local venues, she shared the stage with several celebrities including Karishma Kapoor Himseh Reshammiya, Arbaaz Khan, Chitragada Singh, Jasbir Jassi, John Abraham and none other than Sonu Nigam. Locally known as Melody Queen, she aims to deliver the best for her audience.
Shalini is Ashayein’s event manager. Her passion towards managing high quality entertainment events has made her a natural fit in Ashayein team. She managed our first successful event Laugh Australia Laugh: Chirag ke Saath. After Laugh Australia Laugh, she successfully choreographed several fashion shows in high-key events such as Shreya Ghosal Show, Amar Bansi. Besides being a professional event manager, Shalini is a social activist. She regularly organizes and leads community and volunteer events to promote awareness about kids with special needs multicultarism and broader good of the society.
